Our printed price lists currently show two different versions of our entry-level cover, so please confirm current pricing and inclusions with us on WhatsApp before joining one of these three plans. What You Should Know
Please read the details below before joining a plan. If anything is unclear, contact us and we'll gladly explain.
No — there is no joining fee.
Plan A, Plan B and the Family Plans (Silver and Gold) each have a 6-month waiting period. The Main Plan has no waiting period. Death by suicide has a 24-month waiting period on all plans. Accidental death has a 1-month waiting period on all plans.
There is no age limit on Plan A, Plan B or the Main Plan. Family plans (Silver and Gold) have a maximum entry age of 64, based on age on the day of inception.
Plans lapse after 3 months of non-payment. On the Main Plan, lapsing creates a new 3-month waiting period once the outstanding balance is paid, and no new joining is permitted once you have been a member. On the family plans (Silver and Gold), no service will be provided if even one payment is skipped.
On the family plans, an extra R20 per month is added for each additional extended family member.
Children under 10 do not receive a tombstone. Children aged 16 and above receive the same service as parents.
No — benefits only apply if the funeral service is rendered by Rinavho Funeral Suppliers and Tombstones. If the service is not rendered by Rinavho, there is no benefit.
We will go anywhere to pick up your loved one. If the pick-up is outside Limpopo, the client is responsible for paying the transport cost.
